At ZD Gaming, we want to ensure your setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware or accessories, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ZD Gaming account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and components, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
